The sun came out today. It shone brilliantly. It feels like it has been weeks since I've last felt its rays and it felt so good!!!
We also received a fluffy white blanket of new snow. I shoveled, while the boys plowed.

I'm a huge fan of the wonderful white stuff, and I love those wonderful red colors against that pure backdrop.
Kids seem to have the most fun in the snow! I remember those days. I didn't care about getting wet and slushy from playing in the snow. Nowadays when I see snow falling, I cringe with the idea of going out there afterwards and having to make the trek to the subway. Sometimes I wish I didn't care so much about getting the hems of my pants wet!
